Effective Date: January 1, 2026
By accessing or using the website located at hesperiamasonry.com (the "Site"), or by engaging Premier Hesperia Concrete & Masonry ("we," "us," or "our") to provide services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site or engage our services.
Premier Hesperia Concrete & Masonry provides masonry, concrete, and related construction services to residential and commercial customers in Hesperia, CA and surrounding areas. Services include but are not limited to foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick and stone masonry, concrete flatwork, retaining walls, driveways, walkways, and outdoor kitchen construction.
We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion. Acceptance of a service request is confirmed only upon execution of a written estimate or contract.
Written estimates are provided at no charge before any work begins. An estimate reflects the scope of work as understood at the time of the site visit. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted.
If unforeseen conditions are discovered during the course of work - such as concealed structural damage, buried obstructions, or conditions not visible during the initial assessment - we will stop work and notify you before proceeding. Any additional work will be quoted in writing and will not be performed without your approval.
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for projects where material costs have changed significantly between the estimate date and the project start date. We will notify you of any such adjustment in writing before proceeding.
Project start dates are scheduled after a written estimate has been approved and any required deposit has been received. We will confirm your start date and keep you informed of any changes.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a confirmed start date may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid, as materials and crew time may have been committed.
We may reschedule work due to weather conditions that are unsafe for masonry or concrete work, such as rain, extreme heat during curing periods, or freezing temperatures. We will notify you promptly of any weather-related rescheduling.
Payment terms are outlined in the written estimate for each project. For most projects, a deposit is due upon scheduling and the remaining balance is due upon completion of work. For larger projects, progress payments may be structured as agreed in the written estimate.
Payment is due in full upon project completion unless alternative arrangements have been agreed to in writing. Accepted payment methods will be stated on your estimate.
Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through any lawful means, including small claims court or civil action in California.
For work that requires a building permit under California law or local jurisdiction requirements, we will obtain the necessary permit before beginning work and coordinate any required inspections. Permit fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be itemized in the written estimate. We do not perform permitted structural work without the required permits in place.
We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms for each project will be stated in the written estimate or contract. Where no written warranty is provided, our workmanship warranty covers defects in installation for a period of one year from the date of project completion.
Warranty coverage applies to defects in workmanship and does not cover damage caused by acts of nature, seismic activity, soil movement beyond the scope of the repair, improper use, modifications made by others after our work is completed, or normal wear and tear.
Manufacturer warranties for materials and products are passed through to you as the customer to the extent permitted by the manufacturer. We make no representations or warranties beyond those stated above.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Premier Hesperia Concrete & Masonry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services or your use of this website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a specific project shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that project. This limitation applies to all causes of action in the aggregate, including breach of contract, negligence, and any other theory of liability.
